Collaborative Research and Innovation Projects (CLOSED)

The Call for Collaborative Research and Innovation Projects papers is now closed.

The collaborative research and innovation projects track aims at promoting the awareness of the scientific and industrial communities attending ICME 2020, of the recent results emerging from relevant collaborations. This track serves as a good forum for the project coordinators and partners to disseminate the latest activities and outputs from their projects.

In this scope, we expect to present a wide range of papers which are related to the conference topics, especially those produced by interdisciplinary teams, projects funded on national or international level and academic-industry collaborations. In addition to the scientific and technical outcomes of the joint work, papers should highlight how a specific cooperation have resulted in an added value to the project and the teams involved.

The project coordinators and partners are invited to submit papers describing their projects, the developed technology and obtained results (with a maximum length of 4 pages and following instructions from this page).

The submitted paper will be reviewed following the same procedure and criteria as workshop papers, where all aspects including novelty, impact, presentation quality and experimental validation will be jointly evaluated. Accepted papers will be published through IEEE Xplore within the ICME 2020 Workshops Proceedings, and the accepted papers will be presented in a dedicated poster session during the conference. In the poster session, each poster presenter will also be provided with a space to show project demos.
